Ordering
Our store and checkout are available in English. Select your products and any size or other options, add them to your basket, and review your order and delivery details before paying. You can edit your basket and checkout details before placing the order. The final checkout button places an order with an obligation to pay. We email confirmation of your order; keep this and a copy of these terms for your records.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Product prices include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Use one of the payment methods offered at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Products and fulfilment
Product descriptions explain the materials, dimensions, options and intended use. Follow the care and safety information supplied with the product. Some goods are dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners, but your purchase is from Highland HomewareJTD and we remain responsible for your order.

Delivery, cancellation and complaints

The terms shown when you place your order apply to that order. Later updates apply to future orders.
